By attending a photo shoot with Peter Arciero Photography (The author), you agree that Copyright of the images taken belongs to The Author and that Duplication and Reproduction of the images, in any form, is a criminal act contravening the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.You will also understand that on occasion, The Author may require images for publication for Public relations and Advertising purposes, in either print or on-line media and that The Author may use the images without prior permission and without payment, either now or in the future. If you require exemption under section 85 (right to privacy) please inform in writing.Recording devices, including digitall cameras, video cameras or mobile phones are not permitted to be used either during a photo session or during a viewing. Devices such as these, should be switched off at all times whilst on our premises. You may be asked to leave if you insist on attempting to use the devices whilst on our premises. Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for the completion of your order.Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is required in full at time of order. Extended payment facilities may be made available to orders in excess of £495, please ask for details if required. Due to packages being lost or damaged we can no longer send orders by post, Rescheduling/Cancelation A notice period of at least 7 days is required for both your portrait and viewing appointments.
If you fail to attend either the photo session or viewing sessions without sufficient prior notice you will forfeit the offer and your deposit.

Uncollected orders
Uncollected frames/prints/albums will be destroyed/recycled after six months.
